ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Europe:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Rest of World:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be shown on the Site.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@voltbreath.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. PETALIQUE LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied — they are the responsibility of the customer.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at support@voltbreath.com as soon as possible — if the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office first, then contact us at support@voltbreath.com within 14 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
